Gemer Times is a regional AI newsroom for the Gemer area of Slovakia. Group-Ops is the parent: a multi-company orchestration layer that manages several "pods" — Gemer Times is the live one; four others are scaffolded.

An HTTP bridge server on port 3100 proxies OpenClaw on 18789 with auth and request logging. A cron-driven editorial pipeline runs discovery → evaluation → research → writing → correction → approval. Six specialised agents (editor-in-chief, researcher, formal/conversational/investigative writers, corrector) each have their own voice. YAML-based config validation and per-pod workspace generation; CLI for setup, validation, deploy and status.

Hard parts. Voice consistency across the three writer agents — not just "don’t repeat phrases," but real tonal divergence (formal vs. conversational vs. investigative). OpenClaw session management and concurrent agent spawning. Editorial quality control without human review on every piece. Isolation between company pods so a config change in one doesn’t bleed into another.
